EXCELLENZ® P 2250 is an alkaline protease for use in granular, automatic dishwashing products. It is specifically developed for enhanced removal of tough soils such as egg and meat residues on dishes.
EXCELLENZ® P 2250 hydrolyze the peptide bonds in these soils, cutting the protein into soluble peptides and amino acid fragments. These reaction products are then removed by the wash liquor.
